High Esteem's Help Wanted

Celebrating our 13th year of programs this coming summer, we currently accepting inquiries for above-average 2009 summer staff. Below are listed some of the available positions for during our summer camp programs. The ads are generalized for space purposes & there may be additional qualifications for certain positions. In addition, there are also many other year-round roles

that helping hands could make a world of difference. If you or

Caring Camp

Couselors Needed

Caring individuals (M/F)18+ are needed

during the summer months to provide

supervision, attention, personal care &

friendship to our campers with physical

disabilities and/or special needs. Interested person(s) looking for a paid position as a Counselor of our Core Staff need to fulfill the following requirements...

* Submit a resume w/ references, have interview & references checked

* Attend a mandatory training weekend prior to sessions (which is free)

* Able to sleepover throughout each scheduled session

* Able to lift for transfers (always done with two staff)

* Must enjoy children & the outdoors

* Possess the ability to take & follow directions

* Work well in a group as well as one on one

* And Above all, have patience & a big heart.

Camp Medical Staff Positions

High Esteem's 2009 summer camping programs currently have

full & part time paid, volunteer & intern positions available for

medical personnel. Interested person(s) need to be 18+ years old,

have prior medical experience & certification while working well

with children (age 7+) and other staff. Why not get out of the office

this summer & enjoy the outdoors?

Volunteer & Intern Positions Available

HECG has numerous opportunities for volunteers & interns throughout our summer sessions.  Whether you have a single hour or an entire week, we may a place for you in one of the following areas that your assistance could make all the difference.

Arts-n-Crafts, Sports, Music Activities, P/T Counselor, Nurse's Assistant, Evening Activities, Mealtime, Late Night Wake Staff, Light Office Work, Extra Hands on Arrival and/or Departure Days, Grounds Keeping/Building/Equipment Maintenance & many more!
